Orders
We provide detailed sizing information for each of our products, including collars.
To determine the appropriate size for your dog, measure their neck circumference and compare it to the sizing chart provided on the product page.

You may cancel your order for a free cost within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email.
You may then cancel if the goods have not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been sent.
If you fulfill the "cancel order" criteria. Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
This will be the "customer's remorse."
(This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item)
It will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double check the Sizing Guide to make sure the product fits.
Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but we unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse.

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow it until it is delivered to you. You also can track your order by using your tracking number from “Tracking Your Order” on top of our home page.
Extra charges like Import tax, duties, and related Customs fees if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Please contact your local Customs office directly for further details.

Returns & Refunds

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Please email admin@waggy.life with your order number including a photo or video of the fault. The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact.
We will be sure to send you a replacement or issue you a full refund.
